Guest guest
Sorry if this has already been posted here... From http://www.animalpolitics.com/ Have you ever given a thought to how much longer we are going to tolerate the over breeding of dogs and cats in California. We kill over 600,000/year. The tax supported agencies that perform this control function cost the tax payers of this state over 100 million dollars per year. The Breeder Registration and Pet ID Bill California Senate Bill SB 1373 (O'Connell) Is a piece of legislation written by a former rescuer. It was tailored to bring about a balance between the number of animals born in California and the number of permanent homes. Please act today, senators need to hear from you before 5pm Friday May 24th. You may do this right up until May 29th, but there is less chance the senator will hear your opinion after May 24th.
