with female in 40's, professional, vegetarian

preferred. Location : west side of Hwy 1...six

blocks from the beach. Rent is $875 plus 1/2 of

utilities. You will have your own bedroom, full

bath, and private den. Two car garage.

Share kitchen,living room w/wood stove, dining,

backyard fenced garden. I have a part-time dog on

the weekends who doesn't like cats. Could live

alone but prefer to have company. Have had great

luck with housemates in the past. No smoking,
