OT: Judi Bari wins lawsuit vs. FBI

Hi friends,

 

This is somewhat off-topic, but I thought some of you might like to know

that the environmental activists Judi Bari (deceased) and Darryl Cherny have

won a decision in their lawsuit against the FBI for the 1990 bombing of

Judi's car, after which the two were falsely arrested.

I guess the only reason this may be relevant to the group is that it is a

favorable precedent for individual animal rights activists who may be

adversaries of large corporate interests.
