Guest guest
Jennifer, The Vegetarian Nutrition practice group of the American Dietetic Association ran a series of articles on this issue awhile back. I can photocopy them and send them to you if you want. I can also email you a PDF of the Adventist Health Study in which vegetarians had a 50% reduced rate of diabetes.
