PLUS the deli will have a stove for HOT FOOD and a dish washer so they don't have to use SYROFOAM and PLASTIC. Sambina is a really nice person that stubbornly refuses customers' requests to serve luncheon meats. Kam has been doing better,it started with only one customers in the beginning, not it is probably several dozen customers during lunch time. The owners of Kams and Jouberts tell me they are practically working with NO SALARY for a while.... So please support the " good guys " . The construction at Kam's should not take more than a month. If anyone knows when they will open, please email to the list. Also, does anyone have the hard copy of June 9, SF Chronicle, reviewing Kam's?
