Feedback on Colleen & Alka's Cooking Classes: Yumm!

Hi all,

 

As many of you know, Alka Chandna of the Food & Social Justice Project &

Colleen A. Patrick founded and organizes Oakland's chapter of Unitarian

Universalists for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (UFETA), have been

offering vegan cooking classes..

 

I haven't ever attended one of their cooking classes... BUT I have tasted

the results of someone who described herself as never having baked vegan

desserts before. She attended their previous class on desserts, and we

tried her first attempt to recreate the vegan Chocolate Cake presented in

the class. It was really delicious!
