Santa Cruz Victorian Cottage by the Sea Available

Greetings friends!

 

Imagine starting your day with a stroll along the beach, hitting Dharma's

for breakfast (by bike or bus), perusing the many eco-friendly shops and

bookstores in downtown Santa Cruz, sipping a soy chai tea or latté at a

local café, enjoying a Sri Lankan vegan dinner at Asian Rose, and then

unwinding by the fire watching movies. Sound like a dream? Here's your

chance to book a getaway week this summer!

 

I manage a vacation property in Santa Cruz, and I'd love to rent it to some

fellow vegetarians. Most of the summer is already booked, but due to a few

last-minute cancellations, a few weeks have become available. I will extend

a $150 " veggie " discount to anyone from the community (normally rents for

$950/week; your price: $800!). Here are a few details:

 

The two-bedroom, 1-1/2 bath cottage plus cozy guest house (great for the

kids) is just one block from the Seabright Beach in a very quaint

neighborhood (one of the best in Santa Cruz). We rent it completely

furnished, including cable television, VCR, dishes, and all appliances.

There is a spacious living room (with a futon pull-out couch), fireplace,

and front porch. The master bedroom has a full-size bed, and the second

bedroom and guest cottage each have a single twin bed. We rent Saturday to

Saturday every week throughout the summer (June 29 to September 7). A $200

security deposit is required which is returned within one week after your

vacation. And maybe best of all, a companion animal is welcome!

 

The climate in Santa Cruz is always superb in the summer. The town is filled

with exciting activities, such as Motown music on the boardwalk, an

incredible farmer¹s market, street faires, childrens' events, outdoor

sports, and local performing arts. It's a perfect opportunity to refresh and

rejuvenate your mind and body. Of course, Santa Cruz is vegetarian heaven,

and I'll be sure to supply you with a Veg Guide to Santa Cruz in your

welcome pack.
