I think on tofu and tempeh you may be out of luck, but there's plenty at

fast food restaurants.

Taco Bell has lots of options for the lacto-ovo (and a few vegan items).

Wendy's has a baked potato and you can load up at the fixin's bar.

Most fast food places have ovo-lacto breakfast items, or items that could

easily be made ovo-lacto with the deletion of sausage patties. (Think Egg

McMuffin).

In-N-Out Burger will make you a Grilled Cheese sandwich if you ask for it

(it's not on their menu - basically, a cheeseburger w/o the burger, and

it's quite good).

Subway has their garden delight, which is really nice, and a gardenburger.

And there's always pizza...

If you're really interested, you might want to pick up a copy of The

Vegetarian Resource Group's " Guide to Fast Food " - it's the bible of veg*n

fast food cuisine:

http://www.vrg.org/catalog/ff.htm

Welcome to the area!
