The house has living room, family room, nice-sized kitchen, fireplace, central gas heating, 2-car garage and driveway, attium, yard and outdoor deck. The house is located very close to the freeways and Dumbarton Bridge. We ask that you be non- smoker, non-alcoholic, no drugs and no pets.
