It's the weird-looking sweet iced drink with the big black tapioca pearls at the bottom. You can get in in Chinatown, Japantown, Richmond, etc.). Everytime I've had this it's been made with cow's milk. Does anyone know of a place that makes it with soy or rice milk instead? thanks!
