Hi Krsna and Shaelaja,

 

Welcome & thanks for also sharing your recipe with us. For the vegans on

the list, I would think that one of the non-dairy milks, like rice, soy, or

almond, could be used. I am lazy and don't deep fry in the house but it

does sound good.

 

You should try the tempura at Cha Ya. It's delicious. They also have

tempura sushi!
