8 Course Vegan Dinner at Vege House

 

Meet: 2042 University Ave/Shattuck, Berkeley at 7pm

We eat at 7:15pm sharp, if you plan to be

late we can save you some food

Menu:

 

Tofu Spring Roll-Tofu with 2 dipping sauce: peanut

or sweet and sour chili sauce

" pork " Spring Roll

 

fried Lemon Grass + Chili Tofu

 

fried Green Onion Tofu

 

 

their yummy " chicken " chow mein

sweet and sour " chicken "

egg plant clay pot

Szechuan " chicken "

 

Med Spicy Sautéed Mixed Vegetable and String Beans

 

 

Brown Rice

 

Sample of their soy milk: plain, sugar or with green

pandan herb.

 

Hot Tea or Ice Tea

 

We asked the chef to put very little oil in the food.

Since it's summer, we plan to have a delicious light

meal.

After dinner, 3 mile to quiet, car free UC Berkeley to

check out the romantic, big oak tree where young

lovers kiss.

 

Return to Downtown Berkeley BART by 9:30pm. We have

someone riding BART back to Fremont.

 

So far, 10 people signed up for this event, and

there's MORE ladies then men.

 

We had a FABULOUS dinner last time with 19 nice

people. Unfortunately a lot of people forgot to

cancel. So, try to make it this time and remember to

cancel if you think you can't make it.
