I felt a bit shy posting ours out there and am glad to see more of you have chimed in! Thank you for sharing! (And yes, you're entered into the summer contest, too!) Contest info: http://www.generationv.org/contests.htm I email a bit with folks off the list and its really interesting to see how many of you are new to the Bay Area (within the last year). I think doing an intro is definitely one way to meet more local veggie folks who share your same interests. If you are single, hey, maybe you'll connect with someone else who is single :-D Everytime we've posted to the list asking for interest in doing a movie or restaurant outing, etc., we've met some nice people. That is one of the great things about SFBAVeg -- we can meet online *and* for real! And, after meeting a person in real life, their emails then read differently because you know the person, it's not just some stranger. Instead, it's your friend from SFBAVeg.
