Okay, my turn, here is my info:

I'm a single dude of 42 and I've been in the bay area since '86. I am a

lacto-vegetarian, though I limit my dairy intake to a minimum (mostly get it

through eating Cadbury' chocolate, as a junk food junkie as I am) and haven't

used leather in 25 years. Been veggie like that since new years day of '78 (my

18th birthday). I hail from London, UK. and usually go back once a year. I'm an

ethnic brit of chinese/indian/euro/arab descent, but both parents were born and

raised in Jamaica. Oh yea, I was raised by a black jamaican family in London (my

granny's family).

When I was 14, I saw a documenary on the Animal Liberation Front and it changed

me. That was about the time I saw one on Koko the gorilla. I had the pleasure to

work with Koko for two months a couple years ago.

I have a black belt in tang soo do, a brown one in hapkido, and been practicing

Wing Chun on and off for 15 years though I am about a two year student only, in

that style. The great thing about Wing Chun, is that it was invented by a woman,

the only martial art devised by one and was the foundation of Bruce Lee's Jeet

Kune Do. I have written a martial art training program that runs on Mac OS X,

you can download it from macdojang.com. A version for Windows is there also.

I'm a Macintosh fanatic since '89, and I hate PC's with a passion. I am getting

use to UNIX.

I was in the software biz for 6 years, then a dot commer. Last year the SF

Chronicle did a story on me and labelled me the 'dot com poster boy'. I never

did find a job so I went back to school because I was a college drop out. Now

I'm doing video production and other multimedia at Vista in Berkeley, which is

where I live.

I might go to film school (SF State) but not decided yet.

That's me. I have a web site: veggiedude.com

I use to maintain it, but it has been almost a year since I did anything to it.

ciao,

tony
