I'm looking to move to SF soon, and I'm a vegan chef/baker. it's my dream to have a vegan bakery (cookies, pies, biscotti, cakes, muffins, wedding cakes, brownies, all that delicious stuff!) I'm wondering what you folks, who are already living there, think about that idea? Do you think there is a demand for it or a lack of that sort of thing, or if it would survive and go over well? I just think it's rare these days to stumble upon a vegan bakery that makes everything homemade, nutritious, delicious, and organic! If anyone would care to comment about this idea, I'd love to hear any ideas from you. it's hard not being there to know what the community needs and where they need it. Thank you for your help!!
