Guest guest Posted July 23, 2002 Report Share Posted July 23, 2002 My name is Anu and I moved to the Bay area a year ago. I have been a vegetarian for my whole life and joined this group for support. I am married to a major carnivore and sometime wonder what my real reasons for being vegetarian are. I needed to connect with other vegetarians..My parents brought us up as vegetarians so for me it was more a way of life than " my choice " . I have questioned my beliefs and feel somewhat like a hypocrite because I do have leather shoes and jackets. I hope by continuing to read these posts and may be attend some lectures and events I can figure out what I am doing... ps.
