I know, as all of you do, that there is greater concentration of vegetarian population on the west coast than anywhere (that I know of) in the U.S. My question is, does anyone know of a resource that might divulge a ballpark figure as to the percentage of those residents (West coast) who consider themselves vegetarians, in comparison with say a figure of 1-2 percent for the entire country. I know this might be tough digging, but maybe you folks who live there might have a better handle on it. I wish I could treat you to my world-famous quinoa pilaf as a reward, but I send it to you from my heart anyway... hey, its famous in my little world!
