Guest guest Posted July 24, 2002 Report Share Posted July 24, 2002 Here's my addition to the intros: I'm Josh, a recently 34-year-old, Jewish bisexual tomboyish single woman in Oakland, who lives with a cat and a snake. I've been vegetarian for 21 years, and vegan for the last 8 or 9. I've been a fairly silent member of the SFVS since the 80's, quietly paying my dues and reading the newsletters. I've been a teacher, health educator and massage therapist, among many occupations, and am currently unemployed. I'm originally from the Bronx, NY, have been in the Bay Area since '85, and am considering relocating at this point, now that the Bay Area has become so unaffordable. If anyone knows of a place that is warm and sunny most of the year, as ethnically diverse as Oakland, and where I can find a decent home for $150k or less, feel free to email me!
