The news that Action for Animals will be hosting an outreach booth at all of the upcoming Moby/David Bowie shows is so exciting! Again, while volunteers at AFA are making this happen and taking time off to staff tables at the shows, we can help the effort by donating $$ to help cover literature costs (if you feel more comfortable donating a box of 300 copies of " Why Vegan? " brochures, and having them sent to AFA, that would work too!). Thanks so much, Alka AFA ON MOBY/DAVID BOWIE TOUR!!! We have just received the word that Action for Animals will be able to have an outreach booth at all of the Area:2 (Moby/David Bowie) Tour shows! Moby is a vegan so this should be a great opportunity to educate people about vegan issues and inform them how they can save 83 animals EVERY YEAR by going vegan! We can not do this without you! We need donations to cover costs and volunteers to table at the shows! DONATE! We need to raise about $1,200 to do this tour (this includes renting truck space from the tour and buying equipment and literature) plus about $500 to produce and ship Vegan Starter Packs to people. We expect the total cost of this tour to be around $1,700.
