Another intro

Hi Everyone,

 

I love reading the introductions so decided to add my own. I'm Jennifer and

I live in the Castro district in San Francisco with my husband, Kevin, and

some fish. I have been a vegetarian for around 10 years starting in college

since I couldn't afford meat! I have continued being a veggie because of

animal rights and environmental issues. Kevin and I own a telecommunications

business and I work at a nonprofit environmental organization but we are

leaving it all next year to live in Europe for a year out of a VW van. I am

going to explore travel writing with a vegetarian focus so if anyone knows of

good restaurants/resources in Europe/Turkey, please let me know.
