See ya there! - " This cooking class gave me a lot more than just the recipes (which are excellent, but also easy to follow without a class). There were all sorts of useful little pointers about substitutions, nutrition, where to buy things, etc. The biggest benefit, though, is the inspiration. I felt excited about the adventure of being a new vegetarian. I also felt supported by all the other seekers (teachers and students in the class) after meals that are ethical, nutritious, fun to prepare, and absolutely delicious. " - " This class was fabulous! I have absolutely no complaints or suggestions! " - " Excellent class! Thank you so much! Great recipes! Terrific taste! Very informative! " - " I loved this class. Great, tasty, easy-to-make recipes. I have been a vegetarian for 16 years and am trying to transition to being vegan. Thank you for making it easier! " - " Another great class! I loved the lemon cake and the rice salad! " ------------------ " Nonviolence leads to the highest ethics, which is the goal of all evolution. Until we stop harming all other living beings, we are still savages. " ~Thomas Edison
Guest guest
Re: Colleen and Alka's Veg Cooking Class last Sunday Reading the comments from others who attended, I also wanted to say how terrific the class was. It took me a while to make my way to one of these classes, but I am so glad I finally did. Alka and Colleen are so bright and funny, they really know their stuff, and they drew people who were great to hang out with. The whole thing was completely delightful!
