Is Vegetarianism for everybody ?

Now I have some agreement with this. So many I have spoken with could possibly

fit in the category of not changing that part of their lifestyle for life nor

limb.

I receive much of this:

" It's great if you can do it "

" I really admire that discipline "

Or this is always a " welcome " response...

" I tried that for awhile "

Vegetarianism is good for everybody, no one can dispute that. But is it

compatible with every person's person? I have my reservations. All they have

known all their life is " this is my diet " . And often, sadly, the mindset is mind

closed.

In sports, goalsetting, and the success at reaching those goals, is greatly

dependent upon the athlete 'buying into the goal'. They have to internalize it,

as if it were their very own, like they bought and paid for it and have personal

ownership.

This is a challenge faced when expounding upon the goodness of a vegetarian

lifestyle. And it is not easy, but I am up for the challenge...

Regards

Steve
