Guest guest
Hello to the folks who stood in the chilly evening air on Chestnut St earlier this evening; I enjoyed meeting the faces behind the emails. I want to offer a word of encouragement: as I rode off on my bike I needed to stop to make an adjustment about two blocks away from where we stood. At that moment, a group of about six folks walked by, none carrying any literature from us, but they were engaged in a conversation about what they had seen. The only snippets I heard were about antibiotics and chemicals in meet and cruelty toward the animals, but these were some of the folks who walked by seemingly ignoring us as they ate their ice cream. I've seen trees and bushes growing out of crevices in the walls of the Grand Canyon at impossible angles; we can't know what may take root as a result of broadcasting our message. Folks come at their own pace in their own time, just keep broadcasting.
