Guest guest Posted August 3, 2002 Report Share Posted August 3, 2002 Hi Debi / everyone, What you saw on " Insomniac " were not beavers getting shot for fun......they are king size sewer rats. I'm a regular viewer of the show and the reason they were shooting / killing them is to keep there population from increasing (which is an alarming rate). Those rats carry diseases and damage property everywhere in Louisiana. Yes.....those were cops (Driver drives while shining a light while the other cop uses a silenced rifle shooting / killing the rats) then disposing them later on. The guy that was smoking and drinking beer was " David Atell " .......the host of Insomniac. His show is based on what goes on in America at night when most of you are sleeping. I watch this show because I'm known as a " night kid " and if you live the normal Mon-Fri / 9-5 work schedule and never go out in the middle of the night then you got to watch his show cause you can learn alot about the night life and how fun it is...... lates, -ken p.s- please let me know what you think about shooting those rats, thank you! =) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
