Best Vegan Cheese -- That Melts!!

My husband, David, and I just had a pizza with vegan Follow Your Heart "

mozzarella cheese. We need to broadcast to the world how amazingly similar it is

to mozzarella. It's mild-tasting and doesn't have a soy taste and melts and

bubbles just like mozzarella. It was so much fun to have a " cheese " pizza again.

(Normally, we just make yummy veggie pizzas and are totally satisfied with

that.)

 

I HIGHLY recommend this product. Another night we'll try the Nacho Cheese on our

" mexican " pizza (with pinto beans, vegan sour cream, chives, etc.). Alka will be

proud I'm plugging Rainbow Grocery, which is the only place we're aware of right

now (wait until I start writing to every supermarket on the east bay!) that

sells it.

I'll back that statement up - its the best - not that the competition

is great.

For those who don't know, Follow your heart is also a vegetarian

restaurant in L.A.. They also make the best (in my opinion)vegan mayo

on the market (refridgerated section- Rainbow grocery).
