We're looking for another room, sublet or permanent, for Sept. 15/Oct. 1 that fits the following requirements: no meat cooked in the house, no smoking of tobacco or pot, no objection to us using dander wipes on any cats you may have (for allergy reasons), easy-going roomies who aren't _too_ earthy/crunchy/new-agey -- I don't want daily astrological forecasts or aura readings -- and a very affordable price: that is, under $700 sans utilities. (Cheap, but we found a room in Berkeley for $500 this round, so miracles do happen.) If anyone's temporarily vacating their studio apt., that would work even better. East Bay preferred; the right SF neighborhoods considered. While I'm at it I should mention that I'm also looking for short-term odd jobs: typing/editing, dog-walking, organizing, house-cleaning, etc. If you need to attend to some tasks around the house and have more money than time, I'm in the opposite boat -- let's help each other out.
