After a long hiatus, Flacos is proud to bring back to

the Bay Area our exclusive

traditional Latino-Americano Vegetarian Cuisine.

like to try one of our delicious hand-made, organic

(produce permitting), vegan

tamales!

 

This week we will be offering two types of tamales and

one type of flauta

(taquitos):

 

Mexicano Tamale: Veggie chicken cooked in a tasty chile

sauce, black olives and potatoes placed in corn masa

and steamed until just right inside a corn husk!

 

Central Latino Tamale: Veggie chicken cooked in a

delicious

chile sauce, green olives, potatoes and capers placed

inside corn masa and steamed to perfection inside

banana leaves!

 

Prices - $3.00 per tamale. Don't be fooled, these

aren't your average size tamales! Salsa, no charge.

Berkeley Farmers Market from 10am-3pm at Center Street
