The Humane Charity Seal of Approval is the easiest way for health charities to communicate their commitment to providing vital services and care to patients or advancing research without the use of animals. Established in January 2001, the Humane Seal program is administered by the Council on Humane Giving, a consortium of physicians and major U.S. animal protection organizations.
