Guest guest Posted September 6, 2002 Report Share Posted September 6, 2002 One of the best vegetarian sites around would like your help in getting more restaurants to join the 10% off dining out program PLUS get DINERS to buy a vegdining discount card. Dennis, the owner and web master has been spending hundreds of dollars plus hundreds of his personal time to keep this great site up and running. --- Joubert's was not doing very well for a long time. I regret I did not contact Pat at Joubert's earlier. He wanted to be part of vegdining over 3 months ago, but I never got around to finalizing the paperwork. The owners of Jouberts were keeping the place afloat by working with no salary for a LONG LONG time. I wish them well. I'm not sure if anyone has noticed, if restaurant entrees are UNDER $10, business is usually good, such as Herbivore, Annda Fura or Asian Rose. However, the restaurant must count on abundant supply of customers to make a profit. Any volunteers that would like to help Vegdining or Veg Restaurants, please email me. -- update Friday 9/6 dining out at Hulu, we have 30 participants.
