Guest guest
Hello Chris, Hello Meghan, I haven't lived in San Francisco for almost 40 years. I live in Corpus Christi Texas and have been the Television Producer for Texas A & M University here for over 20 years. I am of Scotish ancestry. My branch of the clan forefathers came to America in 1645. My brother is over in the United Kingdom right now for 2 weeks of tracking down some of our distant cousins. We came down from Scotland to the area around Somerset and Minehead areas of England. I had three opportunities to go there as well as Europe this past summer for some tv productions but had so many things already going here I could'nt get away. I don't know if I'll ever get as good an opportunity again. On Oct. 26 and 27 we are having the 4th annual Texas Celtic Fest here. I'm on the board of directors and also have to do television productions on it. Also in Oct. and Nov. the Texas Renaissance Festival up by Houston. And we also have the Ingleside Celtic Renaissance Festival here December 13, 14. and in March, the Excalibur Renaissance Festival up by Austin. Just this weekend I was at the Folklife Heritage Festival where we had a very large contingent for our Celtic activities (pipers, dancers, food, etc). I had a two day video production to do on it. So as you can see, I almost get Celticed out. But not quite, I can't wait for Saint Patrick's day next year where we will have a great one day party in the backyard of the Irish House. Barrels of green beer, pipers, the Inishfree Dancers (Who always give the Riverdance professional company a run for their money). Also in October I have tv productions of Corpus Christi Ballet to do and in December have two different tv productions to do of The Nutcracker Ballet for two different Ballet Companys. And then I have a full time regular life to live as well. It doesn't leave much time for anything else. (But If I didn't love it, I could always quit, right) William The Scot Finance - Get real-time stock quotes http://finance.
