Hello again,

I haven't had any responses to my proposed event. Can't understand why. I

wonder if everyone realizes that the potential audience is MILLIONS of

omnivorous people. If we were to bring a delicious vegan breakfast and

compelling information just to Ron Owens (KGO), one FM morning show group,

and KRON 4's morning show (which has two empathetic anchorpeople), we could

1. encourage discussions (including on-air discussions and debates on KGO

and possibly on the FM station),

2. receive free exposure to people in parts of northern California where

vegetarianism still receives little support, and

3. establish good relations with the media that could be helpful for any

future events.

Consider that KGO alone reaches over 1 million people each week, more than

half a million adults 25 – 54, as far north as Redding, east to Quincy,

south to Fresno and south to San Louis Obispo.

This event CAN be organized quickly and with little effort and money. But a

few participants are needed.

Any volunteers?

Sorry--my mistake. I had 2 replies in my Junk mail folder.

I will contact the two volunteers by phone and would love to hear from more

people.
