TESTIMONIALS: Here are just a few (believe me -- there are many more!) of the enthusiastic responses from September's class: - " This class was so much fun! Thank you so much! I feel like the recipes are simple enough that I'll really be motivated to make them on my own (and they were delicious!). I'm really looking forward to taking more classes. I appreciate all the info on veganism and vegetarianism too and will be thinking a lot more about the issues of animal cruelty. " - " I was very impressed with this class and would love to attend again. " - " Loved the class! Very fun and inspiring. Hope to take more in the coming months. Keep up the good work. Thanks so much! " - " Great class! I really loved all the stories and useful side information presented in a humorous manner. And of course, I loved the recipes! " - " The best class yet. Simple yet tasty dishes. I also did not realize chocolate is vegan. That helps with the transition [to veganism] a lot. " - " Great class! Makes a case for a vegan diet! " - " Thank you very much! The food was wonderful. I enjoyed your friendly banter. You were very organized with the preparation and delivery. " I look forward to seeing you in October! Please feel free to pass on this email.
