Veggie Beach party ! Sunday, Sept. 22nd, 3 PM, Seascape Beach, Aptos

Who: South Bay Vegetarian Society (SBVS):

To Bring: We need the following:

 

Ice.

Coolers.

WOOD for fire pit. Major Need !

Veggie dogs/burgers/buns.

Dessert. Smores ???

Salad.

Corn in the husk.

Cups, plates, plastic dinnerware.

Paper Towels.

Foil.

Skewers for corn.

Assorted beverages (water, juice, soft drinks, beer, wine).

Please also let us know if you can get there around 2:30-3PM to help us set up.

 

Beer and Wine okay. Boomboxes a no-no. Frisbees, paddle ball, skim boards,

volleyball equipment, swimsuits, towels, warm blankets, sunscreen, etc., etc.

encouraged.

 

Where: Seascape Beach, Aptos:

 

Directions: Type in " Seascape Beach, Aptos, CA " into Maps or take 17

south to Santa Cruz, then Highway 1 South towards Monterey and turn off at the

San Andreas Road Exit (Aptos). Go southwest on the San Andreas Road Exit towards

the ocean for about one mile. Turn right on Seascape Blvd. Go down the road

about a mile until you see signs for Seascape Resort. The road will dead end at

the resort/ocean (on the left). If the road says, " Summer Ave " you've gone too

far !

 

Turn left into the resort/hotel parking lot and park in the lot provided. There

is a dirt, then a cement trail that leads down to the beach. We will be on the

immediate left, with something to mark us.
