Looking for a roommate or two by Nov. 1st (Richmond District)

Hi everybody,

 

My roommate is getting married and I have a couple of rooms for

rent. The rooms are in a quiet, spacious flat in the Richmond

District, across the street from Golden Gate Park. There is plenty

of parking and a MUNI stop right across the street. The available

rooms are quite large. The larger room has a closet and a separate

hall closet right outside the room. The smaller room does not have a

closet inside, but there is a walk-in closet outside the room for

its occupant to use. The rent is $600 for the larger room, $500 for

the smaller room, or $1000 for one person to use both rooms- the

smaller room makes a nice office.

This apartment is very nice with hardwood floors, a large living

room with fireplace, large kitchen and sunroom in back.
