Guest guest
Good morning, Dave & other friends ~ Dave, if you're referring to the San Francisco Vegetarian Society celebration of World Vegetarian Day, being held at Fort Mason Center in SF on Sunday, October 13th, the tabling fee for a non-profit group (like yours) is $50. You can sign up and get more information from Jennifer Doob (jkdoophi). Jennifer should be able to answer your specific questions. Last year, the event drew over 500 people, and we're expecting many more this year. The SF Bay Area is such a hotbed of vegetarian/environmental/animal rights activism, that we often overlook or take for granted the AMAZING TOWERING FIGURES that live right here in the area. The speakers' list for the event reads like a who's who of veg advocacy and scholarship: John Robbins, Dr. John McDougall, Keith Aikers, Bruce Friedrich, lauren Ornelas, ('s own) Jack Norris, Organic Farmer Dave Blume. The cooking classes will reflect the diversity of the Bay Area, while showcasing the (vegan) creme-de-la-creme of vegan cooking and uncooking. An exhibit hall for non-profits and vendors, a veggie cafe, and world entertainment round out the event, ensuring that there will be something for everyone. Look forward to seeing you there!!
