HELLO to the Bioneers

GOOD-BYE CHEERS to our beautiful friend Alka

 

 

WHERE: Marin Center, San Rafael, CA

 

WHEN: Saturday, Oct 19, 2002 - 8AM sharp - Program starts at 9; we will leaflet

entering participants.

 

WHAT: " Tailgate " Vegan Breakfast items to share with each other and Bioneers.

Leafleting.

Signs provided. Cheerleaders. Video

 

WHY: Bioneer byline is - " Visionary and Practical Solutions for Restoring the

Earth "

 

The Union of Concerned Scientists indicated that production of meat and dairy

are the

second most causes of consumer-related earth destruction after cars.

The Bioneer organizers have ignored our requests for a speaker for 2 years to

address

personal food choices and " restoring the earth! "

 

NEEDED:

1. Vegan breakfast items (Alka will be making her famous scones - really

yummeee).

Is there a vegan cream cheese?

(Please send breakfast item suggestions to me and I will send list to

SFBAVEG).

 

2. Cheerleaders - important for presence - we need 5 - we have great outfits

Kelle made for Safeway.

 

3. Cheerleader LEADER to find best placement and keep act together.

 

4. YOUR presence - signs and leaflets will be provided.

DIRECTIONS

Marin Center

10 Avenue of the Flags

San Rafael CA 94903 From SF.

Cross Golden Gate Bridge.

Travel to Highway 101 and head Northbound.

Take the North San Pedro Exit.

Take the First Right on the freeway offramp

(this can be tricky because it is immediately after the freeway exit). It will

be labeled East.

Turn Left at the first stop light onto Civic Center Drive

Follow Civic Center Drive past the Lagoon.

Avenue of the Flags will be the first street on your Right

Find the nearest parking space in one of the many Parking lots adjacent to all

facilities
