Still looking for roommates! ($500-900/mo)

Hi everyone,

 

Sorry for posting this again, but I've recalculated the rent for my

apartment, and am still looking for a good match. There are two

rooms available in a veggie-friendly (I'm vegan) spacious, clean, and

peaceful apartment. The apartment is in the Richmond District (16th

and Fulton). It is right across the street from Golden Gate Park,

and just a couple of blocks from Park Presidio, which takes you to

Marin.

The rooms are medium to large, with windows and plenty of closet

space. The apartment itself is spacious with hardwood floors, a

large kitchen, large living room, and sunroom in back. I'm looking

for one person who will pay $900/ month for two rooms- and use one

for an office. The other option is to find two people- one who will

pay $427/ month for the slightly smaller one or $500/ month for the

larger one. This is a very good deal. The neighborhood is quiet.

There is a community garden a couple of doors down and many shops and

restaurants within walking distance. There is plenty of street

parking and a MUNI stop across the street. If you're interested in
