Emergency Tip for companion animals

Hi all,

 

Have you ever seen those cards (often sold with new wallets) for emergency

contact info ( " In case of emergency, please contact... " ) Well, carry one

for your non-human friends, too! Here's the information on one supplied by

the SF SPCA.

 

If I cannot care for my pets, please notify:

Name

Address

Phone

 

I have

__ cats (names...)

__ dogs (names...)

__ birds (names...)

(etcetera)

 

Special instructions for care:

 

Veterinarian/Clinic (Name/Adddress/Phone)

If you have companion animals that you are responsible for, as I do, I
