Virginia Handley is California’s Top Political Animal.

 

Ms. Handley, an Animal Lobbyist for 30 years for the Fund for Animals and

Founder of PawPAC, will speak about the future of animals in California

politics and reveal how advocates can act on the animals’ behalf.
