I am an animal rights activist who is in the pre-production stages of

a one-hour documentary that will explore this country's growing

movement against animal experimentation for human gain, and the

Government and the pharmaceutical industries' attempts to quell these

animal rights activists.

I am working on the video on a volunteer basis, but I'm looking for

financial support to pay for a professional camera operator, and

transportation and equipment costs. I am wanting to know if any of

you could provide assistance, or have advice on any funding options

that I might be eligible to pursue.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just briefly, the documentary, " Domestic Terrorism, Social Change "

will explore many very important issues, including: the morality,

value and future of animal testing; the status of our civil liberties

under the Bush Administration; The nature of a successful grassroots

activist campaign in the 21st century; the diversity of the animal

rights movement; the efficacy and ethics of using direct-action

tactics, and the sea change that is animal rights.

I have non-profit status: I am working through New York non-profit

media arts organization, Film/Video Arts, who is acting as my non-

profit fiscal sponsor. Both the producers at POV, a nationally

distributed production segment of PBS that encourages independent

producers, and San Francisco's PBS station (KQED) have provided me

with a letter of interest to view the final program and consider it

for broadcast.

If you'd like to know more information just email me.

Thanks
