Humane Wildlife Groups (was: Nature Conservancy)

Along these lines, I have been an active environmentalist even before I went

vegan at the age of 12. There are some groups I was a member of at the age

of 9 (thanks to my Nana) - but have since discontinued my membership after

learning about the fact that they condone the killing " non-native " animals

or condone hunting/fishing.

 

Here is my own list of groups I am no longer a member of, and groups I still

support (last I checked, with a phone call to the groups listed last year,

they weren't supportive of hunting/fishing):

Perhaps PETA would have an even more inclusive list?

 

Also, local & national wildlife rescue organizations are good/safe to

support as they try to save wild animals, not harm them.
