This is a place where local Chinese folks buy their dim sum. This is

NOT a fancy place to take a date or take anyone at all.. Yes, you

can call it a greasy joint.

After talking to the owner for 20 min, this is the research I have

found.

They have a pink menu, I'm only listing vegan items and hope this

will clarify any questions.

-Pot stickers (like the Buddhist followers, you must custom order in

large quanties for a veggie version) The wrapper doesn't contain

eggs. 3 for $1.20. You Must buy at least a doz if you want the

veggie version

-plain bun, 3 for $1

-white rice cake, 3 for $1

-sesame ball (oil is vegan, ONLY fried with egg roll),3 for $1.20

-egg roll (wrapper is vegan made from potatoes, oil only fried with

seasame ball) 3 for $1.20

Chinese Menu written on the wall. (no English translation)

-steamed Plain rice noodle 80Cents

- above with green onion or parsley added, or BOTH 90cents

(my favorite dish, you eat it with sweet soy sauce)

-plain porridge, also called " joke " or " congee " , it's really " rice

oatmeal/soup " , too plain for most folks, but sold out usually before

11am, 60cents

it's usually eaten with a Chinese donut which is not sold at this

store

-chow fun (fried noodles) must buy a large order for the veggie

version

----

non vegan dessert

egg tart-the pastry shell is made without lard, which is rare

most Chinese bread/bun, is nice and soft, cause it contains a small

amount of LARD, ugh.

It you are an adventerous person, you might like this place. If you

are a super clean person, you might not enjoy seeing bread crumbs all

the over the table and floor.

I will try to remind the owner to clean up the place a bit.

Because of high turnover, the food is never stale.
