A good friend made the Stuffed Tofu Roast from

http://www.veganmania.com/. It also starts out with 5 lbs. of tofu!

The tofu roast tasted great, definitely worth the effort. VeganMania

also has other yummy recipes including vegan chocolate cake. :)
