My friend is a vegetarian, and has a room she needs to rent, in Moraga . Here

utilities and washer/dryer use. Share bath, common kitchen in a 2BR/1BA, 1100

sq. foot duplex. The duplex is clean, has a fireplace, is nicely furnished and

has new lovely spanish tile floors. The room for rent is newly painted and

carpeted. There is a seperate phone line for hook up. Large double door closet

& sunny window, large garage available for storage, easy parking and privat back

yard. Walking distance to stores and 2 miles to BART. More-in: 1st month's

rent +$750 deposit. No smoking. Share with an environmental professional 40ish
