chance to make a difference. I want to make the switch to not eating any

animals but I am busy and sadly in my fast little world cooking food is a

hassle and not on the top of my priority. So send my your recipes for

quick(10min) healthy vegan, vegatarian food. I am very physically active

so I am worried that if I stop eating meat I will get sick and plus what

else is there??? I go to the grocery store and all I see is meat products.

Anyway here is your chance to make a difference in the world.
