another party with my outgoing, outdoorsy, club

people. I plan to be there, if anything changes, I'll

the folks are nice and very vegetarian friendly, most

of the people are in their 20s and 30s.

 

When we go on hikes and backpacking trips, the

majority of the partipants eat vegan food. Who wants

to bring meat, dairy, egg and fish products on an

outdoor event?

 

By the way, a lot of rock climbers are vegetarians.

(very strong, light and lean people)(and good looking

too)

 

One " smart " person named " Antonio " ate several salmon

sandwiches on a backpacking trip. OF course, he had

food poisoning during the entire trip. Some of the

salmon were eaten at the third day of the trip. (with

no refrigeration)

no eggs, no milk.

 

the exact ingredients are:

flour,water,olive oil, yeast,salt.

 

for the tomato sauce:

tomato puree, spices.
