Viva's Office Building Burns

Everyone,

 

I'm writing to inform you that the office building in which Viva! is located

caught on fire Christmas afternoon. There was significant damage to the

building. The Viva! office, luckily, was not in the part of the building

that burned, however some of the ceiling came down, and the windows and door

had to be broken in. We went to the scene last night but were not allowed

into the building. We might be allowed in today or tomorrow. A firefighter

told us that the contents of the Viva! office suffered minimal damage. We

hope he is correct.

 

The office will be closed until further notice and we will not be able to

We assume Viva! will not be able to stay in the building as it will need a

great deal of repairs. I will further update SFBAVeg as we find out more.

 

Please post this to other AR/Veg lists that would be interested and forward

to other people who work with Viva as we do not have access to their emails

for the time being. If someone could post this to AR News, I would be

grateful. Please let me know if you do.
