$600 room in Noe Valley––vegan a plus

 

1 bedroom available Feb. 1 in Noe Valley; 2 bedroom street-level flat with

beautiful hardwood floors, sunny, plant filled living room, washer/dryer. Room

is medium size with a sunny street-facing window and a tall, deep narrow closet.

This is a quiet neighborhood close to BART and MUNI, and Noe shops.

 

 

What I need in a house mate:

 

*conscientious about indoor-only cats staying indoors

vegetarian or vegan

good sense of humor

responsible i.e. pay rent and bills on time, hold a job

considerate, quiet when needed, neat and clean in common areas

open communication

no drama

no animal allergies

love of animals

no smoking cigarettes in the house (I prefer a non-smoker altogether)

 

 

I am looking for a mature, responsible housemate. I have no male/female or

gay/straight preference but vegetarian or more is a must. I’m a 33 y.o. woman,

so around that age might be good but a house mates age has not been an issue for

me. I have indoor only cats and expect a house mate to treat them with kindness

and compassion at all times. In my personal time, I do animal rescue work and
