Guest guest
This was written by Clyde, no need to RSVP, Hey everyone, This is sure to be a wonderful event - a celebration of healthy eating/living - with loads of free munchies (last year I had about 10 servings of Soy Ice Cream - Soydream), great lectures, excellent cooking demos, book signings, and loads of free information. If you've thought of becoming a vegetarian, if you are a vegetarian (like me), want to improve your diet by eating healthier, or just want to be at the coolest event of the Winter, this is the place for you!! Let's meet at 2 times throughout the day: 8:45 am - for those hard core who want to see the first lectures - and get the first dibs on food (it ran out last year around 1:30 pm). I went last year and saw an awesome 9 am lecture. 11:05 am - so we can talk about getting together and going to lunch Meet us at one or both of these times at the information booth. I will be wearing a black McVegan T-shirt - so I won't be hard to miss. Cost: Free parking, Free Admission, Free Food samples (does it get better then this?)
