Come join Acorn Co-op – a fun, vegetarian household of seven people

located on Arastradero Road near El Camino. For over 10 years, Acorn

Co-op has provided a great alternative living situation that’s healthy,

fun and beats the high Palo Alto rent market.

 

Rooms between $470 and $640 available.

 

Rent, plus $150 (average) board gets you:

 

* Organic Produce from Planet Organics & Mariquita farms delivered

1-2x per week

* Food, utilities & shared phone

* Access to create and play in a HUGE organic garden

* Mellow parties every few months

* Music nights

* Low-drama, minimal rules co-op living system

 

About the residents:

 

We range in age from mid-twenties to mid-thirties, represent a wide

variety of occupations (environmental educator, non-profit professional,

software engineer, Stanford post doc researcher, high tech

executive/wedding singer and an EMT/pastry chef on her way to becoming a

doctor) We all lead busy active lives, but enjoy hanging out together

as well.

 

Garden enthusiasts, climbers, cyclists, musicians, artsy folk,

capoeira enthusiasts and happy people are encouraged to respond.

 

Rooms are available mid-march and later this spring/summer
